There is no God.
This is not a logical position to hold, since to know there is no God means the person would have to know all things to know there is no God. Since he cannot know all things (if he did he would be God), then he cannot logically say there is no God.

To say "I believe there is no God" is a conscious choice. Then, on what do you base your choice: evidence, logic, faith, or a combination of the three?
If evidence, then what positive evidence is there that disproves God's existence?
There can be no such evidence, since evidence is physical in nature (evidence is an effect and/or result of something in reality). How could evidence disprove the existence of God who is, by definition, the creator of reality and separate from it? (I am defending the Christian God as revealed in the Bible).

I am ~VictoriaChen, your humble Founder to this wonderful new group we are trying to get off the ground. I created this group because I have a passion for English and wanted to answer the call of help of many aspiring writers who are trying/hoping to get their own stories off the ground.

Writing Background

I have written many different stories (never released before to anyone) since I was ten years old, which has shaped my whole life, and given me the experience to be able to edit and help others rewrite their stories to make it better. ^^
When I was 14, I finished writing my first book, but waited a few years before going back to it. At the end, I didn't think it was worth it to be published, so I never did.

On the issue of profanity- the prevalent attitude on the internet is that those who don't like or tolerate swearing with it are weak or thin-skinned, because they don't like it. By that logic, anyone who doesn't like or tolerate anything is weak or thin-skinned, but then again, I don't expect much logic on the internet, especially places like deviantart, where logic and consistency are violated on a daily basis.
Nonetheless, I generally disapprove of profanity myself, and my view on it, is that it makes you look like you lack self-control of your anger. I will admit I do do it when I'm very angry, though I can usually resist on the internet. Nonetheless, there are some Christians who frequently swear, and don't appear to have anything against using profanity.
Generally, Christians are encouraged not to swear. It is seen as sinful. Though I often accept this, I am questioning as to why we might see this as sinful- after all, are swear words not humanly cultural words? Where in

♦ The vast majority of my brushes are made in Photoshop CS. They will work in all CS versions of PS, GIMP and Paint Shop Pro. They won't work in PS 7.0, 6.0. and different Corel editors, so I recommend you to google software ABRviewer. It will help you to solve compatibility problem.
